SINGAPORE, June 14 (Xinhua) — The Netherlands-flagged dredger Vox Maxima collided with Singapore-flagged bunker vessel Marine Honor at the Pasir Panjang Terminal on Friday, leading to oil leakage, said the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA).
