GRAND FORKS, ND (KXNET) — Four people were injured Saturday night when a motorcycle and car collided at the intersection of 32nd Avenue South and Grand Forks County Road 5 near Grand Forks.

According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, the motorcycle was heading south on County Road 5. The car slowed at the stop sign at the 32nd Avenue South intersection and continued across County Road 5. The motorcycle struck the car on the passenger side.

The 35-year-old East Grand Forks, MN driver of the motorcycle was seriously injured and taken to Altru Hospital to be treated for his injuries.

The three Grand Forks passengers of the car, an 18-year-old and two 16-year-olds, were also taken to Altru Hospital to be treated for their injuries.

The 17-year-old Grand Forks driver of the car was not injured in the crash.

The crash remains under investigation currently by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
