MANHATTAN (KSNT) – Police say a 44-year-old man was listed as the victim of an apparent hit-and-run in Manhattan on Sunday.

At 2:09 a.m. on June 16, law enforcement was called to the intersection of Fremont Street and Central Park Road. Police found a man laying in the road who was discovered by a passerby, according to the Riley County Police Department (RCPD).

The man had serious injuries and was taken to an area hospital for treatment. The RCPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the vehicle and driver involved in the incident.
