TOPEKA (KSNT) – Jess Buchholz and Casey Woods with Emporia Main Street stopped by the 27 News Morning Show to talk about the upcoming June events making their way to the city.

Starting this Thursday, Emporia will kick off their pride festivities starting with a comedy night, followed by a queer art vendor fair, parade and drag celebration in the days following.

On the final Saturday of the month, the city will host the 51st Kansas Shrine Bowl at Welch Stadium.
