DUNSEITH, ND (KXNET) — Session 3 at the International Music Camp is offering five more different programs for people to expand their musical and artistic talent.

According to a news release, the five programs include concert band, garage band, audio technology, musical theatre, and music composition and songwriting.

The week begins on June 30 and will end on July 6 with a performance from each of the programs.

Garage band and audio technology will have a showcase at 11 a.m. in the Burdick Center for the Performing Arts.

The Music Composition recital will be at noon at the Alme International Arts Centre.

The band concert starts at 1:30 p.m. in the Masonic Auditorium. Dr. Patricia Cornett will conduct the high school bands while Verlene “Beanie” Stotts will conduct the middle school bands.


International Music Camp Session Two provides 5 programs

On Friday, July 5, there will be a Friday Night Festival of the Arts Performance at 8 p.m. in the Masonic Auditorium.

The Old-Fashioned Ice Cream Social & Band Concert will include the IMC faculty and staff performing marches, classic works, popular melodies, and more.

All the events are subject to the International Peace Garden Gate free, admission is either $10 per person per day or $50 for a family annual season pass.

Passports are not required to get in and out of the Peace Garden, but they are the preferred form of identification. If you do not have a passport, you will need a birth certificate for everyone in the vehicle and a photo ID for those older than 16. Each person is expected to present these documents.
