HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — The Henrico County Police Division has arrested and charged a 30-year-old Chesterfield man for shooting at a vehicle on Gaskins Road.

At 10:12 a.m. on Friday, June 21, Henrico Police responded to Gaskins Road near the Interstate 64 interchange for the report of a male in a blue Honda CRV who had allegedly shot at the complainant’s vehicle.

With the information provided, officers were able to locate the suspect vehicle a short distance away and initiated a traffic stop. Police then arrested 30-year-old Kenneth Neal Reynolds, of Chesterfield, without incident.

According to police, after a brief investigation into the incident, detectives eventually charged Reynolds with maliciously shooting at or throwing missiles at a car.
