ANDERSON COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – Anderson County Middle School students were evacuated Tuesday, after administrators discovered an inappropriate and threatening comment written on a bathroom wall.
As a precaution, local law enforcement was notified, and School Resource Officers (SROs) have called for secure instruction at other campus locations. During this time, students are being required to remain in place until law enforcement completes its investigation.
Officials are asking for cooperation from parents and the community as they work to ensure the safety of the students.
