A friend’s business leased a building not far away from Wat Trai Mit (the Golden Buddha) which is around a half km from the Chinatown night market.
There’s an unused floor of the building – about 250 sqm – that used to be a warehouse, and I got to thinking about ideas to develop the space.
What creative ideas come to mind that could work for this area?
Maker space, secret bar, yoga studio?
Unfortunately the building doesn’t have an elevator, just a narrow stairway, and it’s the 3rd level.
