“It was important that the home be well-organised for guests staying overnight, as well as functional for their lifestyle, prioritising ease of cleaning, resilient surfaces, and minimal decor.”

Besides assisting with the selection of exterior materials, such as the façade colour, terrace finishes, pool area, and outdoor tiles; Valieva’s team also designed the swimming pool at the front of the two-storey residence, and next to it, a separate bathroom fitted with a shower and a sauna.
