I know this question gets asked a lot, I apologize for the broken record, but I keep finding conflicting information and want to settle it.
My boyfriend and I are hoping to plan a trip to Thailand. I’m ok eating whatever, but he is deathly allergic to shellfish. He’s fine with regular fish, it’s just shellfish that’s the issue. We would bring along the allergy cards in Thai.
Would we be able to eat at Thai restaurants (not so much food stalls)? And would we be fine at international restaurants? I appreciate any and all help I can get!
