Clarksville detectives are asking the public’s help locating a second suspect involved in a shooting from earlier in September.

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Clarksville police are asking for the public’s help locating a second person connected to a homicide case.

According to the Clarksville Police Department (CPD) Davontay Tyrek Spencer, 19, was present at the time of a shooting on Sept. 10. That day police were called to a home in the Ash Ridge Drive, where they discovered Carlos Wills of Lebanon shot.

Clarksville shooting victim dies, suspect arrested

Wills was transported to the hospital where he later died. Upon Wills’s death, Clarksville police identified Za’Kwon Jaterrion Holiday of Clarksville as the suspect. He was charged with homicide.

Detectives have now taken out warrants for Spencer, charging him with accessory after the fact, theft of motor vehicle, and driving on a suspended license. His bond has been set at $100,000.
