Rain and thunderstorms moved out of New Mexico late Saturday night as a cold front swept across the state, leaving cooler temperatures this morning.

Fall officially begins at 6:43 AM Mountain Time this morning, and it definitely feels more like fall. High temperatures this afternoon will even be cooler than normal for this time of year. The cooler conditions will stick around to start the workweek. Temperatures will climb back to near or slightly above average as we head into the second half of the week with mostly dry conditions expected.
