NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A 23-year-old man was arrested Monday and accused of exposing himself to women across Nashville.

Metro police began the investigation on Sunday, Sept. 15 when a woman reported an encounter in the Brentwood area. She told officers as she walked her dog by a red Toyota Rav 4 on Fredericksburg Way, a man opened the door and exposed himself to her.

According to court documents, the victim said the man, who was not wearing pants, waited until she was beside the SUV to open the door. He then closed the door and drove back by the victim as he left the neighborhood.

Detectives then received two more indecent exposure reports by the same man the following day, Monday, Sept. 16.

A woman reported she was walking on 4th Avenue North near Taylor Street around 3:30 p.m. when she passed a red Toyota Rav 4 parked on the corner. A man inside opened the door and reportedly asked her if she needed help. When she said no, she noticed his pants were pulled down and when she tried to walk away, he followed her in his vehicle, according to Metro police.

That victim told officers she had seen the vehicle the week before outside her parking garage and she had exchanged words with the man.

Another woman told officers she was approached by the man the same day near 4th Avenue North. She said the man again opened the vehicle door and reportedly asked if she could “help him’ while moving his hand up and down. The woman kept walking and the driver followed her in his vehicle while continuing to ask for help, according to court documents.
