A quiet evening of fishing turned into a grisly discovery when a local fisherman stumbled upon a lifeless body near a pond in Pattaya’s Soi Thep Prasit 17. As of press time, police are scrambling to identify the man and uncover the cause of his mysterious death.
The chilling find took place at around 8.06pm, yesterday, September 24, in an overgrown, vacant area near the pond, located in the Nong Prue subdistrict, Bang Lamung district, Chon Buri province. The scene was cordoned off as Pattaya police, along with a rescue team and reporters from The Pattaya News, descended on the area to investigate.
The deceased, a middle-aged man believed to be between 50 and 60 years old, was found lying beside the pond. He wore a blue T-shirt and black sweatpants with red stripes. His black sneakers, strangely, had been removed and were found near his feet. Next to…
