I’m going on a trip soon to Hanoi, halong bay, and chiang mai. The more research I do the more I realize how hard it is to find gluten free due to sauces. Any advice on how to navigate this 12 day trip? Should I pack a lot of my own food? I understand I shouldn’t eat much fruit and smoothies to avoid travelers diarrhea so what the heck does one eat??
