GH Bank-Social Security Office MOU Home Loan Project for Insured Persons Providing loans with an interest rate for the first 5 years of only 1.59%, helping insured persons own their own home.
Mr. Pichai Chunhawit, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance and Mr. Pipat Ratchakitprakarn, Minister of Labor Presided over the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to create a housing loan project for insured persons in 2024, with a credit limit of 10,000 million baht, providing loans with low interest rates for the first 5 years, only 1.59% per year, to Insured persons under Section 33, 39 or 40 who wish to purchase Or build a residence, fixed payments for 5 years. In the case of a loan of 1 million baht, pay in installments of only 3,400 baht. You can register to request a certificate of insured status from the Social Security Office. Available from 1 November 2024 onwards to be used in applying for loans at all GH Bank branches nationwide. From 8 November 2024 to 30 December 2025 or before the said period if GH Bank has given the full credit limit for the project.
