NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — The Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD) announced the arrest of a man in connection with his 2-year-old son’s fentanyl overdose death in 2023.
A post to X, formerly Twitter, from MNPD said that 32-year-old Haze Hamlett was taken into custody at a home on Hicks Road.
Hamlett faces indictments for first-degree murder and aggravated child abuse stemming from his son’s March 2023 overdose death.
