CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The Charleston Police Department’s annual Halloween Howl returns later this month.

The event, held outside the department’s headquarters on Lockwood Boulevard, offers a safe alternative to trick-or-treating on Halloween night.

Guests can enjoy live music, food, prizes, and community fun. And you can help the department pick the best car in their Halloween competition.

Halloween Howl happens Thursday, October 24 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m.
