Residents can bring their bagged leaves to the parking lots at City Hall or Sadie Knox through Saturday, December 7th. The locations are marked with signs and are subject to closing during inclement weather.

The Twiss Street transfer station is also open Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. to collect bagged leaves with proof of residency. The City says a landfill permit sticker is not required to drop off leaves.

Leaves must be in paper bags and not contain any foreign or objectionable items.
