The incident took place at a building operated by 4:13 Strong, a residential program for men on Foster Avenue. A Monday press release from MNPD said that an investigation revealed that there had been a fight among residents on Saturday, during which Harvell’s stepson was allegedly assaulted.

Harvell and his wife reportedly took their son from the property, but returned Sunday night for a meeting with program staff and residents.
