Authorities say they were alerted just after 6:00 a.m. when the victims arrived at a local medical facility seeking treatment for gunshot wounds. According to the victims’ statements, an assailant allegedly approached their vehicle, made demands, and then opened fire.
No word yet on what the suspect demanded of the victims.
Detectives and crime scene technicians are currently at the scene collecting evidence and gathering statements in an effort to identify the suspect, who remains at large.
