CHATHAM, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Nine Pin Ciderworks partnered with local conservancy organizations to craft unique ciders from harvested apples. The harvested apples from conservation lands are collected by volunteers and will be used to craft a limited edition range of ciders.
Those participating aim to acquire 18 crates worth of apples. Along with making a delicious cider, the harvest aims to support a good cause and pay homage to history.
To celebrate the results of this harvest, Nine Pin will host a contest in Spring 2025 where the public can vote on their favorite.
