ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A Downtown Albuquerque store celebrated three years of business and local art in the community.
Squidly Designs, located near 5th Street on Central, celebrated by bringing over a dozen local vendors, a food truck, and a giveaway. The store’s owners said vendors from the store were highlighted in a pop-up market setting.
“There’s no shortage of amazing, colorful, really cool art in Albuquerque and all of New Mexico, getting the opportunity to have a store to highlight that art has been super rewarding,” co-owner Kevin Adams.
The store’s name comes from the owner’s art company and a love for sea creatures and the New Mexico landscape.
