EGAT Youth Weightlifting Championship of Thailand, ages 13-15 years, year 2024, 15-25 October 2024 at Ratchaprachanupath School 24, Chun District, Phayao Province, first day of competition last Tuesday, 15 October 2024. First competition in the men’s 49 kilogram category, Group A
The results show that Thanodom Rakchan from Ratchaprachanukroh School 29, Sisaket Province Excellent performance, totaling 3 gold medals, along with setting a new youth record for Thailand in all 3 poses, with the snatch, a record of 76 kilograms, breaking the previous record of Natchanon Cherdchai, who previously held 70 kilograms, and the clean and jerk pose. A record of 93 kilograms, breaking the previous record of Natchanon Cherdchai, who had set 90 kilograms, total weight record of 169 kilograms, breaking the previous record of Natchanon Cherdchai, who had set 160 kilograms.
Krittanai Wongsara from Bangkok Sports School won 3 silver medals in snatch 72 kilograms, clean and jerk 92 kilograms, total weight 164 kilograms, while Natthakit Ngamwilai from Ratchaprachanu School Misfortune 29, Sisaket Province, received 2 bronze medals, clean and jerk, 90 kilograms, total weight 161 kilograms, and Wanthongchai Yuakkhayan from Chonburi Provincial Sports School A received 1 bronze medal, snatch, 71 kilograms.
