LADSON, S.C. (WCBD) – The American Red Cross is stepping in to help three families affected by a fire that damaged their homes at the Ansley Commons Apartments on Shipley Street Friday night.

Disaster-trained volunteers from the Red Cross are assisting fourteen people, offering financial support to meet immediate needs such as food, clothing, and temporary shelter.
