ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Albuquerque Police Department (APD) is investigating an incident where a car crashed into a southwest Albuquerque home overnight.

According to Albuquerque Fire Rescue, crews responded to a home on Trujillo Road near Coors and Central just after midnight, where they found a car wedged into the closed garage door.

Some of the people in the car fled the scene, they reported. No one was significantly injured, including those in the home.

Albuquerque Fire Rescue said they were able to secure the house where the car made an impact. APD is investigating.
