A man was arrested for a child sex offense after members of multiple law enforcement agencies searched a Henry County home Friday.

HENRY COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — A man was arrested for a child sex offense after members of multiple law enforcement agencies searched a Henry County home Friday.

According to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI), special agents with the Internet Crimes Against Children squad investigated a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.


Audit shows that the TBI is processing rape kits faster, but turnaround times for other crimes have slowed

On Friday, Oct. 18, authorities said the TBI, Homeland Security Investigations, the Henry County Sheriff’s Office, and the Paris Police Department executed a search warrant at a home in the 500 block of Harris Lane in Paris, where agents seized multiple devices.

Officials said 35-year-old Brandon Gene Collier was taken into custody and charged with one count of sexual exploitation of a minor. As of Saturday, Oct. 19, the Paris man is reportedly being held in the Henry County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
