LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – One person was injured in a crash Sunday morning.
According to police, around 9:45 a.m. officers were called to the intersection of Tates Creek Road and Malibu Drive for a crash.
Officers learned a car travelling outbound on Tates Creek Road ran a red light at the intersection, colliding with a second vehicle causing it to flip.
Two passengers were extracted from the flipped car and one was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
No charges are expected to be filed.
