My wife got ill and we decided to go to a clinic. We made an appointment through air doctor and had to pay the appointment fee in advance. We went there and she got treated and also got medicine. I thought thats all. Suddenly I saw on my bank account, that I have to pay 721 dollars and it is getting rejected all the time due to insufficient funds.
Guys is this real? We were maybe one hour in that clinic, she got some serum and some medicine which you can buy in any local drug store. I’m really shocked. Do you have any idea what I can do against it? That is really not normal. Charging me 10 500 baht for medicine which I can buy for 500 baht in any local store is crazy.
UPDATE 1: I wrote with the doctor service, they said the invoice is not coming from them so I have to write with air dr. I asked them many times what is THEIR invoice. He insisted to not giving any information about it. So I wrote to air doctor and they said I shall talk with the finance department. I wrote a mail and I’m waiting. What I definitely do is not paying that amount for sure and just let it getting refused all the time by my bank. In worst case I will close my bank account forever.
UPDATE 2: I just found out, that I’m not alone in this case with this website. Look to trustpilots 1 star comments:

There are also some cases, where some people didn’t pay like me, so I guess I’m on the safe side.
UPDATE 3: I called the hospital, they are paid already, so my deal is with air-dr. I can still go back to Thailand without being afraid of being sued from them, but lets see how far the company will go. It seems to be a legitimate company which is just charging randomly high numbers. I don’t know what I can do is in this case, but I will never ever pay 721 dollars for some common treatment.
