The Greater Holyoke Chamber honored individuals and organizations Friday night, who are making significant strides in the community.

HOLYOKE, Mass. (WWLP) – The Greater Holyoke Chamber honored individuals and organizations Friday night, who are making significant strides in the community.

Dozens came out to celebrate the 2024 Grow Holyoke Awards, an evening of dinner, dancing, and community recognition.

The Chamber honored Miguel Rivera and Lidia Rodriguez, owners of Rewarding Insurance Agency for Business Persons of the Year, and Business of the Year. Carl Eger, a longtime resident and dedicated volunteer, was recognized as Volunteer of the Year.

Executive Director of the Chamber Jordan Hart told 22News, “To see how Holyoke has come together through organizations like these is just really powerful. And for me to be able to stand here and highlight them and to celebrate their successes alongside them is just really beautiful.”

The Chamber also recognized River Valley Counseling Center as Non-Profit of the Year, for their vital role in supporting mental health and wellness in our community.
