FEEDING HILLS, Mass (WWLP) – A small development with affordable housing in Feeding Hills cut the ceremonial ribbon today, opening up 62 units of new housing.

The Rosewood Way Town Homes were constructed by Way Finders.

The President and CEO said ‘Way Finders’ did a report with the Donahue Institute that determined the region falls thousands of homes short of what is needed for the population. He said Rosewood Way is not only adding homes to the area but also creating opportunities.

“It’s critically important that everybody participates in the prosperity and the opportunity that projects like this create. It’s not only about homes, but it is about what happens here and who develops this site,” said Way Finders President & CEO, Keith Fairey.

Rosewood Way includes one-, two–, and three-bedroom homes with a community building, property management on-site, and a walking path. They are expecting people to be moving in within the next month.
