All four inmates who reportedly escaped from Chesterfield County Detention Center more than a week ago are back in jail.

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) -All four inmates who reportedly escaped from Chesterfield County Detention Center more than a week ago are back in jail.

According to the South Carolina State Law Enforcement Division, the last two inmates, De’Shawn Malik Fox and Kyonne Marquise McLeod were arrested Friday by Darlington police for trespassing, resisting arrest and possession of marijuana.

On October 15, they, along with Emanuel Robson Planco and Anton Conway Bennett reportedly escaped from the Chesterfield County Detention Center by climbing through a ventilation system and out of the facility.

Bennett and Planco was arrested two days later in Halifax County and Richland County respectively.

Fox and McLeod are currently being held in the Darlington County Detention Center awaiting return to Chesterfield County.

The Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office is continuing to investigation the escape.
