BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) — A man who was shot and then arrested by police in Bismarck has been found guilty at his trial.

This month, a jury in Burleigh County found Daedyn Lewellyn guilty of terrorizing and reckless endangerment.

That came after an incident in May of last year when witnesses say Lewellyn got into an argument inside a home in Bismarck and was told to leave.
