Deputies arrived at the apartment building at 1729 Coronado Parkway around 4:35 p.m. Monday and found a man laying in the hallway with a stab wound, the sheriff’s office said in a news release Tuesday.

The man was unconscious but breathing when paramedics arrived and took him to a hospital, where he later died.

Adams County investigators spoke to an “involved party” in a nearby apartment, but that person is not in custody, according to the news release.
