HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — The Henrico County Police Division is asking the public’s help to find a missing 16-year-old boy.

On Monday, June 24, Henrico Police officers responded to the 2700 block of St. Elias Drive for the report of a missing juvenile.

Police said 16-year-old Landon Jackson Lyles left his home sometime during the evening on Sunday, June 23 and has not been seen since. A message left by Lyles reportedly raised concerns for his wellbeing.

Lyles is described by police as being a Black 16-year-old boy who stands at 5 feet and 9 inches tall. He may be wearing a turquoise t-shirt and basketball shorts.

Anyone with information as to Lyles’ whereabouts is asked to contact School Resource Officer Amber Durrette at 804-393-1855.
