I have a friend that is suffering from depression. Their father passed away when they were young and their mother was abusive to the point they had to leave home.
They are in therapy but it would be good to get them some books to read so they can work through it on their own as well.
I was hoping to find them some good mental health books in Thai to cheer them up and inspire them but couldn’t find much at a local book store.
Is there anyone that can recommend specific books to me? Especially ones that I can order online (shipping inside Thailand).
