WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – The Big E attracts more than a million visitors to West Springfield.
On average in the past two years, nearly 89,000 people visit the fair each day. The highest single-day attendance on record was in 2022 with 177,789 visitors on the second Saturday, September 24th.
So far this year, The Big E has broken the record for daily attendance this past Saturday with 121,854 visitors. Saturday had perfect weather featuring Maine Day, 4-H and FFA Day, and Ludacris performed at a sold-out show.
