KAPOLEI, Hawaii (KHON2) — A late night crash Wendesday claimed the life of a 61-year-old man and seriously injured a 34-year-old woman.
HPD reported that the man turned left on an “illuminated red arrow signal” while traveling westbound on Farrington Highway, in Kapolei at 10:30 p.m.
He collided into the female driver who was driving eastbound on Farrington.
Both were taken to the hospital where the man later died.
HPD said the investigation continues.
