Police were searching for the driver of a stolen vehicle on New Ludlow Road in Granby Thursday night.

GRANBY, Mass. (WWLP) – Police were searching for the driver of a stolen vehicle on New Ludlow Road in Granby Thursday night.

According to Granby Police Detective Kurt Carpenter, at around 5 p.m. on Thursday, officers were called to a two-vehicle crash on New Ludlow Road in Granby. Upon arrival, the driver in one of the involved vehicles had already left on foot. 


Marijuana seized after traffic stop on Route 9 in Williamsburg

That vehicle was reported stolen from Belchertown. The South Hadley Police assisted in the search of the suspect.

Detective Carpenter told 22News that the crash was very minor and the driver of the stolen vehicle had not been located.
