Hi all, so I made a post a few days ago about trying to find a condo to rent in Phra Khanong. Many people advised me to go to the juristic office of the condo I’m interested in, which would be Life Sukhumvit 48, and talk to the people there directly about vacant places. The idea was to cut the agents out, all of whom I’ve found to be utterly useless, and to get a better deal by negotiating with the landlord.
However, I asked the juristic lady and she told me specifically to find an outside agent online, i.e. what I’ve been doing all along. Has anyone experienced this before? Was she just not willing to help and I should try to find someone else? Really confused here now.
