The National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) is moving to indict three state officials for offences including utilising public vehicles and reimbursing fuel fees for private purposes.

Pokpong Umyoo, former director of the Rayong Coastal Aquaculture Research and Development Centre; Kitchai Kulsamrit, a former Uthai Thani provincial local administration officer; and Chakrawut Yangsantia, aka Chaiyan Petaipaiwan, permanent secretary for Na Kham Tambon Administrative Organisation, are the three being indicted, the NACC said yesterday.
