Police are investigating a deadly motorcycle crash in the area of West and Plainfield Streets Saturday evening.
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – Police are investigating a deadly motorcycle crash in the area of West and Plainfield Streets Saturday evening.
According to Springfield Police Spokesperson Ryan Walsh, Police responded to a crash involving a car and motorcycle at around 6 p.m. Saturday.
Walsh says the drivers of the car remained at the site of the crash. The motorcycle rider, who was an adult male, was brought to Baystate Hospital where he later died of his injuries.
The Springfield Police Traffic Unit is investigating.
