What is the issue with KFC-Thailand? I have never seen a chain of restaurants so consistently mismanaged at so many different locations. How can KFC not serve Kentucky-fried chicken? How do they consistently run out of menu items or forget to prepare chicken ahead of time? Seriously. How does a chicken restaurant run out of chicken?!?!? It would be understandable if it was just one poorly run branch. But I have seen this at many branches, many times, over many years. How are they still in business when they can’t seem to handle the basics?
