AVERILL PARK, N.Y. (NEWS10) — The Averill Park Central School District passed its capital project after a vote. The nearly $40 million plan calls for renovations at all of the district’s schools and the bus garage.

The plan does call for tax increases. The project passed with just over 59 percent of the votes being yes.
