SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE) – More affordable housing options are in the works in Santa Fe following a vote from the Santa Fe County Commission.


Taos Regional Airport adds new air service to Texas, California

$70 million will be used to acquire, design and construct a new housing development. “Turquoise Trail” is a planned 312 unit affordable housing complex on more than 17 acres of land between I-25 and Highway 14.

The proposed 13-building development would serve residents with incomes at or below 60% of Santa Fe’s median income. According to documents, the project’s preliminary site plan is currently under review.
