Nvidia may release the RTX 5080 in 24GB and 16GB flavors — the higher VRAM capacity will come in the future via 3GB GDDR7 chips — Tomshardware

While the latest rumors say the RTX 5080 will still only ahve 16GB of memory, Nvidia may offer a 24GB variant in the future.
