The tip included several conversations with one of McGavock’s accounts where he had offered child sexual abuse material (CSAM) for sale to other users, according to court documents.

Investigators discovered the accounts’ display and usernames used slang terms and acronyms commonly used by CSAM distributors to identify themselves.

The ICAC unit obtained a search warrant for the account and discovered files and chats discussing the sale and trade of child pornography. Officers tracked the IP address used by the accounts to a home in Nashville.
