“This will let voters know when to expect their mail ballot packet to be delivered as well if their voted ballot has been received and accepted for counting.”
HONOLULU (KHON2) — The United States is 35 days away from the 2024 General Election. Hawaii voters can expect to see their ballot in the mail by Oct. 18.
According to the Office of General Elections, voters can see where their ballot is in the mail before it even arrives.
Voters can enroll in ballot notifications to receive alerts by either text, email or through a phone message to see when their ballot has been mailed and received.
We encourage all voters to sign up for ballot notification. This will let voters know when to expect their mail ballot packet to be delivered as well if their voted ballot has been received and accepted for counting.
Chief Election Officer Scott Nago
Additionally, the notifications will help voters keep track of the deadline to return their ballot or notify them if there is an issue with the return envelope.
Those who choose not to sign up for notifications can also track their ballot through Hawaii’s Office of Elections website or by checking with their County Elections Division.
