Mark Aragon, 34, was arrested Tuesday afternoon after police got a 911 call about the alleged incident at the fast food chain located at 26128 US Highway 70.


Teen accused of pointing gun at Albuquerque mall officer will remain in custody, DA say

Police said a shooting did not occur, but there was a fight between the two employees, which they said led to Aragon pulling out a handgun.

Aragon is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
