RUIDOSO, N.M. (KRQE) – A Ruidoso Taco Bell employee was arrested for pulling a gun on another employee, according to the Ruidoso Police Department.
Mark Aragon, 34, was arrested Tuesday afternoon after police got a 911 call about the alleged incident at the fast food chain located at 26128 US Highway 70.
Police said a shooting did not occur, but there was a fight between the two employees, which they said led to Aragon pulling out a handgun.
Aragon is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
