Look forward to working with all member countries. for peace and shared prosperity. In this regard, Thailand will chair the ACD early next year. Thailand will strategically drive work under the framework of the 6 pillars of cooperation (pillar of cooperation). Combined with the cooperation of other developing countries, including ASEAN, GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council: GCC), BRICS, CICA, and SCO, to jointly create stability and security in the global economy.

For the ACD framework, a working group has been established to drive 6 pillars of cooperation:
1. Türkiye and Russia Co-chairs the working group on connectivity.
2. India chairs the working group on science, technology and innovation.
3. Iran chairs the working group on education and human resource development.
4. China chairs the working group on the linkages between food, energy and water security.
5. Iran chairs the working group on culture and tourism.
6. Thailand chairs the working group on promoting approaches to inclusive and sustainable development.
The chairman of each working group has a mission to organize meetings to discuss. and organize related activities to drive cooperation. The chairman of the said working group has a one-year term and must be re-selected every time the ACD president changes. ACD member countries are in the process of considering the establishment of a trade and investment cooperation pillar.
